Refund policy

We do not have a return policy. However, we accept exchanges in case the item you ordered has reached you in a damaged condition or you received an incorrect item. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, to exchange any item, ensure that it is returned to us in an unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged state and retains the original packaging. Contact us with your exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

To enable an exchange, we may request a video of the parcel clearly showing the shipping label on the box and the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange a pickup for the damaged/incorrect item from the same address it was delivered to. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect item back at our warehouse, it will go through an inspection and once processed, we will send you the replacement/correct item.
